Wouldn’t you like it all to rhyme,
and for it all to be kept in time?
For words that seek to flow so freely,
were it be so simple and easy?
For the less inclined I’ve half a mind,
to washed-out color and second-hand shine.
In a gentler tone that’s light and breezy,
I don’t consider you, at least not really.
